When you work with me in therapy, I want you to feel safe, connected and empowered. I specialize in working with adults, particularly those facing significant transitions and wanting to look deeper into their relationships, emotional patterns and sense of meaning or spiritual integration.
With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I am comfortable with a range of emotional and relationship challenges.
For many of my clients, faith isn’t separate from healing - it’s part of it. I offer spiritually integrated psychotherapy for those who want their beliefs woven into our work: expolring issues of meaning and purpose, drawing on your spiritual resources in hard seasons, or simply working with a therapist who understands that your faith life and your emotional life belong to the same story. This is always at your pace and yours to shape - faith is an invitation here, never a requirement.
I’m licensed in TN, NC and VA, so am able to provide Telehealth services to people located in either of those states. I am only offering in person sessions in Nashville at this time.

I have extensive experience treating substance abuse and mental health concerns, including anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, loss, life transition, and divorce/separation, as well as many other challenges.

Appointments & Rates
My appointment rates start at $160 and are available In Person in Nashville or remotely in North Carolina, other parts of Tennessee & Virginia clients through Telehealth.
I accept Aetna, United and Cigna insurance plans.
